Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
